How to claim a listing on the Dual Diagnosis Hub: Local website

This guide explains how you can claim a listing to be able to edit the information displayed on the listing for your organisation. We recommend that you do this using a desktop computer or laptop.
Step 1: Visit the Dual Diagnosis Hub: Local microsite
- Visit the Dual Diagnosis Hub: Local microsite: https://local.dualdiagnosis.org.uk/
- Ensure that you’ve registered with the Dual Diagnosis Hub: Local site and that you’re logged into it, or you will be unable to get the ‘claim this listing’ button to work!
Step 2: Find your organisation’s listing
- Find your organisation’s listing by using the search in the header or in the search section of the microsite’s home page.
- Once you’ve found your organisation’s listing, visit its page by clicking on the listing’s name
- Scroll down the page until you see the ‘Claim Listing’ button in the righthand sidebar on your listing
Step 3: Click on the ‘Claim Listing’ button
Step 4: Complete the pop-up form and click on the submit button
- Enter your full name, email address, phone number, your position in your organisation, and any message into the relevant boxes
- Enter any discount/coupon code if & when you’er asked for your payment method.
- Click on the submit button to start the claim of the organisation’s listing
Please note: The most basic listing costs £1 per year and is a recurring fee set up to help us ensure that as many of the listings on this site are still live and working. There are more advanced packages that allow you to show your YouTube Channel, Instagram account, or LinkedIn Page link &/or allow you to advertise on the Dual Diagnosis Hub: Local website.
Step 5: We will now verify your email and approve your claim as soon as we can
That’s all you have to do to claim your listing. Please note that we aim to verify and approve your claim and approve your clain within 72 hours. If we do not do this, then please contact us at hello@dualdiagnosis.org.uk
